You contact Northstar to set up a delivery schedule. We deliver water bottles directly to your door on a regular basis — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You never need to be home for delivery.
How much does home water delivery cost in Central Minnesota?
Delivery is free. You pay only for the water and any dispenser rental or purchase. New customers receive their first five 5-gallon bottles at no charge.
Do I need a contract for home water delivery from Northstar?
No. Northstar does not require contracts or minimum orders. You can adjust or pause your delivery schedule at any time.
How many 5-gallon bottles does my household need per month?
A single person typically uses about one 5-gallon bottle per month. A family of four may use three to six bottles per month depending on usage.
Does Northstar Water pick up empty bottles?
Yes. When Northstar delivers new bottles, they collect empty ones for cleaning and reuse.
How is Northstar bottled water filtered?
Northstar sources water from a deep natural well and filters it through reverse osmosis and/or distillation. No chemicals, minerals, chlorine, or fluoride are added.
